Pets

I have been considering getting rabbits as class pets for several years. This year it came together for me to get two bunnies. They have been a bit hit with all the elementary students. Even though the rabbits are wild they have allowed the students to hold them.

The rabbits' names are Ginger and Bugs B.

I did not plan to have tortoises as pets. One of my students brought in one baby and then someone else gave use two more. They are not quite as fun to hold but they sure are cute.

These are two pets from where I live. My dog has taken in my neighbor's kitten, Snowy, as though she is one of her own.

They even share the same food.

Snowy thinks Missy is her mother.
