Food

Hannah liked the fresh coconut milk. The gardeners were willing to cut them right from the trees for us.

We had to be creative with our meals. The restaurant was the only place to eat in the area & we couldn't afford it for every meal so we found lots of fresh food along the road side.

Each evening we ate at the restaurant localed at the Awale Plage. The waitresses soon learned that we like the veggie plate either steamed or sauteed.

Here we are dining on local seafood, mackerel & shrimp.
